1. 取得する情報 1. Information collected

本サービスでは、以下の情報を取得することがあります。 The Service may collect the following information.

• アカウント登録時に入力されるメールアドレスその他認証に必要な情報 Email addresses and other information necessary for authentication, entered at account registration
• ユーザーが本サービスに保存する情報（AI との会話、ワークスペースサービスから取り込まれた会話、メモ、タスク、予定、記録、その他ユーザーが入力・保存した情報を含みます） Information the user saves to the Service (including conversations with AI, conversations ingested from workspace services, notes, tasks, events, records, and other information the user enters or saves)
• 本サービスの利用状況に関する情報（アクセス日時、利用機能、エラー情報、技術的ログ等） Information about use of the Service (access timestamps, features used, error information, technical logs, etc.)
• 有料プランを利用する場合の決済状態に関する情報 Payment status information when using a paid plan

なお、パスキー等の認証手段を利用する場合であっても、運営者がユーザーの生体情報そのものを取得することはありません。 Even where authentication methods such as passkeys are used, the Operator does not itself collect the user's biometric data.

2. 利用目的 2. Purposes of use

運営者は、取得した情報を以下の目的で利用します。 The Operator uses collected information for the following purposes.

• 本サービスの提供、維持、保護および改善のため To provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Service
• ユーザー本人の認証のため To authenticate the user
• ユーザーが保存した情報の表示、検索、整理、エクスポート等の機能を提供するため To provide features such as display, search, organization, and export of information the user has saved
• AI クライアントや MCP 対応ツールからのリクエストに応じて、ユーザーが許可した情報を参照・取得できるようにするため To let AI clients and MCP-compatible tools reference and retrieve information the user has authorized, in response to their requests
• 不具合の調査、問い合わせ対応、サポートのため To investigate issues and provide inquiry response and support
• 利用状況の分析およびサービス改善のため To analyze usage and improve the Service
• 不正利用、セキュリティ上の問題、その他本サービスの運営上必要な事象を検知・防止するため To detect and prevent unauthorized use, security issues, and other matters necessary for operating the Service
• 有料プランの提供、請求、決済状態の確認のため To provide paid plans and confirm billing and payment status
• 法令または行政機関等からの正当な要請に対応するため To respond to legitimate requests from laws, regulations, or government authorities

3. 外部AIサービス・外部ツールとの連携 3. Integration with external AI services and tools

本サービスは、ユーザーが利用する AI クライアント、MCP 対応ツール、ワークスペースサービス、その他外部サービスと連携して利用されることがあります。 The Service may be used in conjunction with AI clients, MCP-compatible tools, workspace services, and other external services used by the user.

ユーザーが外部 AI サービスに依頼した内容に応じて、本サービスへ情報が保存される場合があります。外部 AI サービス側における情報の取扱いは、各外部サービスの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従います。 Depending on what the user asks an external AI service, information may be saved to the Service. Information handling on the external AI side follows that service's own terms and privacy policy.

運営者は、ユーザーの指示または許可なく、本サービスに保存された情報を外部 AI サービスへ送信しません。 The Operator does not transmit information stored in the Service to external AI services without the user's instruction or permission.

4. 第三者提供 4. Disclosure to third parties

運営者は、次の場合を除き、ユーザー本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。 The Operator does not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except in the following cases.

• 法令に基づく場合 When required by law
• 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合 When necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property
• 公的機関から正当な要請を受けた場合 When a legitimate request is received from a public authority
• 本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、決済、インフラ、認証、メール配信、アクセス解析、エラー監視、問い合わせ対応等を外部事業者に委託する場合 When outsourcing payments, infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, inquiry response, or similar functions to external providers to the extent necessary to provide the Service

5. 外部委託 5. Outsourcing

運営者は、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、ホスティング、データベース、認証、決済、メール配信、アクセス解析、エラー監視等を外部事業者に委託することがあります。 The Operator may outsource hosting, database, authentication, payments, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, and similar functions to external providers as needed to provide the Service.

具体的な外部サービスの一覧は、サービスの仕様確定後に本ポリシーまたは別途ページに記載します。 A specific list of external providers will be published in this policy or on a separate page once the service specification is finalized.

6. 保存期間 6. Retention period

運営者は、アカウントが有効である間、ユーザーが本サービスに保存した情報を保持します。 The Operator retains information saved by the user in the Service for as long as the account is active.

ユーザーが削除した情報については、合理的な期間内に削除または利用不能化します。ただし、法令、会計、セキュリティ、不正利用対策、障害対応等のために必要な範囲で、ログやバックアップを一定期間保持する場合があります。 Information deleted by the user is removed or rendered unusable within a reasonable period. Logs and backups may nonetheless be retained for a period as needed for legal, accounting, security, abuse-prevention, and incident-response purposes.

バックアップからの完全な削除には、一定の時間を要する場合があります。 Complete deletion from backups may take some time.

7. ユーザーによる確認・修正・削除 7. User access, correction, and deletion

ユーザーは、本サービス上で、自分が保存した情報を確認、修正、削除できます。 Users can review, modify, and delete information they have saved within the Service.

ユーザーがアカウント削除、個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止、削除等を希望する場合、運営者は法令に従い、合理的な範囲で対応します。 For requests to delete an account, or to disclose, correct, suspend use of, or delete personal information, the Operator responds reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

8. 安全管理措置 8. Security measures

運営者は、ユーザー情報の不正アクセス、紛失、改ざん、漏えい等を防止するため、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。 The Operator implements necessary and appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, and leakage of user information.

本サービスでは、通信の暗号化、データベース暗号化、アクセス権限管理、監査ログ等の技術的・組織的な対策を実施します。詳細は、別途公開するセキュリティページに記載します。 The Service implements technical and organizational controls including transport encryption, database encryption, access controls, and audit logs. Details will be published on a separate security page.

9. Cookie 等の利用 9. Use of cookies

本サービスでは、ログイン状態の維持、セキュリティ、利用状況の把握、サービス改善のために Cookie またはこれに類する技術を利用することがあります。 The Service may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain login sessions, ensure security, understand usage, and improve the Service.

ユーザーはブラウザ設定により Cookie を無効化できます。ただし、その場合、本サービスの一部機能を利用できなくなることがあります。 Users may disable cookies in their browser settings, though some features of the Service may become unavailable as a result.

10. 未成年の利用 10. Use by minors

未成年のユーザーが本サービスを利用する場合、親権者その他法定代理人の同意を得たうえで利用するものとします。 Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or other legal guardian before using the Service.

11. 国外での情報処理 11. Processing outside Japan

本サービスの提供にあたり、ユーザー情報が日本国外に所在するサーバーまたは外部事業者により保存・処理される場合があります。この場合、運営者は適用法令に従い、必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。 In providing the Service, user information may be stored or processed by servers or external providers located outside Japan. In such cases, the Operator takes necessary and appropriate measures in accordance with applicable law.

12. プライバシーポリシーの変更 12. Changes to this policy

運営者は、必要に応じて本ポリシーの内容を変更することがあります。 The Operator may change the content of this policy as needed.

重要な変更がある場合、運営者は本サービス内での表示、メール、その他適切な方法によりユーザーに通知します。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本サービス上に掲載された時点または運営者が別途定める時点から効力を生じます。 For material changes, the Operator notifies users by in-service display, email, or other appropriate means. The revised policy takes effect upon publication within the Service or at another time designated by the Operator.
